Progressive Covenantalism and Being "Reformed"

This is kind of a random question, but are most who claim the label of "Progressive Covenantalism" calvinistic in soteriology? Does the system, like covenant theology, seem to fit best with a generally reformed outlook on soteriology, or is there division on this point?

I'd also be curious how much they identify with the label "reformed" in general on other issues, if that's well-known.
